Paisajes lunares – Parque Nacional del Teide
Excursion to Teide Volcano with optional cable car ride
We invite you on an extraordinary journey to the heart of Tenerife: Teide National Park, one of the most spectacular places in Europe. It is here, at over 2,000 meters above sea level, where landscapes resembling the surface of the Moon unfold — raw, mysterious, and truly unique. Mount Teide, the highest peak in Spain (3,718 m), rises above the vast Las Cañadas crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the excursion, you will discover the fascinating origins of the Canary Islands, learn about the power of volcanoes, and uncover the natural secrets that have shaped this extraordinary landscape. This is a day designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace, without rush, allowing you to fully appreciate every view and the unique atmosphere of this remarkable place. The route passes through the picturesque village of Vilaflor, the highest located on the island, where you can admire vineyards, terraced fields, and the iconic “Pino Gordo” pine tree. We will then stop at some of the park’s most iconic locations, such as Los Roques de García and La Zapatilla de la Reina, where nature creates true works of art. For those who wish, there is the option to take the cable car up to 3,555 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking views over the entire island and the Atlantic Ocean. Those who prefer not to go up can enjoy a peaceful walk through the volcanic landscapes or take the opportunity to have lunch in a unique setting, right in the heart of Teide National Park. On the way back, we will stop at the volcanic formation Narices del Teide and visit the town of Guía de Isora, where you will have the opportunity for a short tasting and to purchase local products. This excursion allows you to discover Tenerife from a completely different perspective — wild, majestic, and unforgettable.
The price does not include the cable car ticket, nor drinks or meals during the excursion.
