Data Controller

The data controller of your personal data is Elegant Tour S.L. (hereinafter, “the Controller” or “Elegant Tour”).

Purposes and legal basis of processing

We process your data for: managing bookings of excursions and vehicle rental services (legal basis: art. 6.1.b GDPR – contract execution or pre-contractual steps), handling enquiries and correspondence (art. 6.1.b or f), issuing accounting and fiscal documents (art. 6.1.c GDPR – legal obligation), and defending against possible claims (art. 6.1.f – legitimate interest). We do not currently carry out newsletters or direct marketing.

What personal data we process

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Booking details (date, service type, number of people, observations)
• Accommodation address during holidays (if necessary)
• We do not collect special categories of personal data (sensitive data).

Recipients of data

Your data may be communicated only as necessary to execute the service: collaborators to manage the booking and deliver tickets, vehicle rental providers (Cicar) – responsibility for processing in that scope rests with the provider, and processors acting on our behalf (hosting, accounting, email) under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Retention periods

• Data linked to booking and contract – 5 years from the end of the service (tax and warranty obligations in Spain).
• Correspondence and enquiries – up to 1 year from the end of the matter or until a right of opposition is successfully exercised.
• Accounting data – according to Spanish fiscal law (6–7 years).

The site activcanarias.com does not use external analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.), remarketing, or tracking technologies. We only use strictly necessary cookies for correct operation of the site and booking forms. We do not show a cookie banner because we currently do not collect data for marketing or analytical purposes.

Data is stored on secure servers with password-protected access. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access.
